With over 11 years experience working with people recovering from issues ranging from codependency to substance abuse, I have worked in a private clinic as well as with a non-profit organization. I received my B.A. from the University of Colorado, with study emphasis on cultural anthropology and women's studies, and my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from City University of Seattle. I use the cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) as utilized in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
I look forward to working with every client, to help them discover their own inner resources to alleviate anxiety, depression, grief, and childhood issues that interfere with their daily lives.
